Relationship Worksheets

A "Relationship Worksheet" sits deep in a long list of questionnaires, worksheets, and infosheets available from CMHAMJ (that's the Canadian Mental Health Association Moose Jaw). Quick sampling:

 2. What troubling qualities does my partner have that are similar to my early caretakers?
 3. What qualities does my partner have that I think I lack?
